Permanent full-time role supporting the delivery and administration of a leading school rowing programme.

Responsibilities include coaching and developing Year 9 rowers, planning and delivering land and water training sessions, monitoring athlete progress, selecting crews for competition, and attending regattas and training camps. The role also includes Boat Club administration duties such as managing memberships, organising competition entries, coordinating transport and logistics, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will have strong rowing coaching experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to support pupil welfare and performance in a busy school sporting environment. The role requires flexibility, including early mornings, Saturdays, and occasional evenings/weekends. Salary: £32,337.85 plus £4,500 for Summer Rowing Camps.
