The Role
We are looking for a candidate from the rowing community to support the day-to-day management of our social media channels and online community.
The role will involve scheduling and publishing content, engaging with our audience, supporting influencer and ambassador relationships, and assist in coordinating content creation across the business. You will work closely with our marketing team, creative partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across all channels.
This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work alongside training, studying or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Coordinate content creation with internal teams, ambassadors, influencers and external partners.
Help organise content shoots, product launches and campaign activity.
Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
Monitor comments, messages and community engagement across all channels.
Respond to customer enquiries and direct messages or route them to the appropriate team.
Support influencer and ambassador communications.
Monitor competitor activity and relevant industry trends.
Produce monthly reports on channel performance, engagement and growth.
Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and brand visibility.
Skills & Experience
Current or former rower or coxswain
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Comfortable working across multiple social media platforms.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Interest in the wellness industry or premium consumer brands is desirable.
Previous social media, marketing, communications or administrative experience is beneficial but not essential.
