Post Summary: The Rowing Performance Coach is responsible for the coordination and delivery of a high-performance rowing programme aligned to supporting student-athletes and crews representing Dublin University Boat Club and Trinity College Dublin. This role requires someone with in-depth knowledge of the theory and practical delivery needed to support student-athletes in a performance-focused rowing environment.
While the Senior VIII will be the primary medium and long term focus, the role is intentionally flexible to allow coaching across the wider senior and development squads, particularly to support talent identification and athlete progression during the first term, recruitment from schools, and season planning within the wider university performance sport pathway.

Hours of Post: 35 hours per week

Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive 3 Salary Scale (€43,941 - €52,754 per annum including pension contributions) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
