Looking to go faster this season? I'm Seb, a KNRB-qualified coach instructor based in the Netherlands, coaching athletes and clubs internationally.

My athletes' results include gold at World Cup and silver at the European Championships (PR1x), a 5× world indoor erg champion, and Henley Royal Regatta qualification and seeding. I've coached 200+ athletes across the UK, NL, and France,  including at Homerton College and East Anglia Youth Rowing,  and developed 50+ coaches as a coach educator.
