I specialize in technical mastery for any age from juniors to masters, and qualification, from beginners to elite, both Men’s and Women’s, helping athletes find extra boat speed through precise biomechanics. 

Besides I am Expert in Para-Rowing (visually impaired & amputee athletes) also.

I am experienced in this field of coaching, from Paralympic athletes to people with limited physical opportunities looking to gain additional availability in their lives.

Proprietary learn-to row methods and principles, successfully tested over many years of practice.

I will teach anyone who wants to learn.

I have also developed a completely new rowing program as opposed to traditional competitive and recreational rowing programs.

This isn't a gamble; I've been thinking about and planning this program for many years.

I am also no longer a young man and I am responsible for my words and actions.

Any rowing equipment is suitable for participation; no expensive, latest-gen brands are required.

It does not require any special physical or anthropometric data, nor does it require grueling high-intensity sessions, similar to those for racing.
